Football League Special Child is an initiative of the Asociación Civil Andar that seeks to promote the social development of children and young people through football. This proposal arises from sports project for 14 years developing the local organization and today is practiced in different parts of our country. The particularity of the Little League, as the name defines it, is that it is designed for children and school-age youth.
The first edition of the Little League held in the City of Moreno by the Civil Partnership Walk was a highly successful experience where the players were 100 children belonging to 5 local schools, including Special Education School No. 501, 502, 503, Institute Without Borders and the CREE. The athletes participated throughout the year in this tournament and attended the Awards Ceremony at River Plate developed in the month of October.
Little League this year will be held in Moreno, and also have offices in the towns of Dolores, Berinsfield, Quilmes and Bahia Blanca, among others. The method consists of different meeting, using the methodology of the Special Football League, but this proposal considers two categories of play: Children (born in the years 1999-2000-2001) and Cadet (born 1996-97-98). According to these categories play areas shall comply with the level of play (both individual and collective) of the participants, a feature that provides equal opportunities.
During the launch of this new edition was informed that this proposal of the League meet throughout the year to more than 600 children and young people between 10 and 15 years, from different parts of our province. The League will be held at regional and reached the month November, there will be a provincial meeting with the winners of each region.
